Ideally situated in a historical region (Lot, Dordogne, Périgord), rich in geological and prehistoric sites with Rocamadour, Sarlat, the Gouffre de Padirac and Lascaux caves all easily accessible, our estate offers three delightful gites where you will be very welcome all the year round.

Our three gites, la Bergerie, la Villa de l’étang and la Maison de la Vallée have been either recently renovated or constructed to a high quality and are very comfortably equipped with everything you could need. They are all situated within our 4 hectare estate and have independent parking and adjoining secure swimming pools.

Milhac is a small medieval village of 200 inhabitants attracting visitors with its quiet pace of life and charming architecture. All shopping can be achieved locally either from Gourdon just 6 km away or from Grolejac 4 km.

   Distance from River Dordogne: 5 mins

The Dordogne night sky is particularly unpolluted by city lights and allows astronomers better clarity to observe the stars.

Leisure and Interests

The prehistoric sites, Caves, Pot Holes, Castles, Châteaux and Bastides, beautiful gardens and other historic riches of the Dordogne. Lovers of good food will find typical french gourmet meals consisting of Foie Gras, confit de canard, mushrooms (Cepes, Girolles et Trouffles) and other specialities of the region.

The region offers a large choice of activites such as:- Canoing, river boat trips, wonderful cycle tracks (using converted railway routes), tennis, Rock climbing, Horse Riding, Walking routes, Golf, Adventure Park......
