La Maison de la Vallée
La Maison de la Vallée constructed by the owner and Artisans of the area has been designed to be in keeping with the traditions of Perigord region. It is built from Sarlat stone and is able to accommodate 6/7 people.
The property has a floor area of 120 sq m plus a covered terrace of 16 sq m, a beautiful swimming pool of 9m x 5 m (heated in mid season and open from April to November).
There are three bedrooms each with a private shower room and toilet.
The Ground Floor offers:-
- - A spacious kitchen, totally equiped, with access to the terrace and pool.
- - A store room and WC
- - A living room with sofa, arm-chairs, television and DVD.
- - A bedroom with private shower-room, basin and WC designed to accommodate guests in a wheel chair with reduced mobility.
The First Floor:-
- - A bedroom with a bed 160 cm / 200cm ensuite shower room with basin and WC.
- - A bedroom with 2 beds 90cm / 190cm ensuite shower room with basin and WC.
- - A small landing.
This gite benefits from a reversable heating system which gives adequate heating in winter and air conditioning in the summer. In addition there is a wood-burning stove installed in the living room for those memorable moments in front of a real fire.
The entrance and the parking of this house makes it totally independant of the surrounding properties.

Interior equipment
Washing machine, clothes drier, dish-washer, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, TV with DVD and wood burning stove. Cooking equipment and utensils provided are all in perfect condition, electrical coffee pot.
Exterior equipment
Outside living equipment for 6 people includes electric barbecue, table and chairs, sunbeds and parasols. There is also remote control lighting for the exterior and swimming pool.
